The hotel is situated in a relatively quiet location surrounded by pine trees, away from the hustle and bustle, with a friendly and efficient service. The rooms, although starting to show some wear, were kept clean by the welcoming staff. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with good selections but mixed impressions about the breakfast. The facilities offered were well-maintained.
My stay at the Holiday Inn Express was decent overall. While the rooms lacked that fresh, clean feel I usually expect, the service was friendly and attentive. The location was convenient, and the dining experience was satisfactory. However, there were some issues with room key management and the need for room updates.
